Who we are

Brown-Silva Trucking is a family-owned end-dump and low-bed hauling company serving California’s Central Coast 24/7. We help contractors, farmers, vineyard managers, equipment owners, and local businesses move materials and equipment safely, reliably, and on schedule. Whether you need aggregate hauled, equipment transported, or a last-minute trucking solution, we are available day or night.

The Brown-Silva family’s roots in Arroyo Grande date back to 1912, when Ethan’s great-great-grandfather, Antonio Brown, immigrated from Portugal. His son, Walter, later gave his children the hyphenated Brown-Silva last name, which has proudly carried on through the family ever since. Today, Ethan represents the fifth generation of the Brown-Silva family on California’s Central Coast.

Ethan and Gracie met while attending high school in Paso Robles and have been partners ever since, both in life and in business. Ethan comes from a multi-generational trucking family and began working in the local trucking industry at a young age, repairing trucks and learning the trade firsthand. His father, a respected local driver with more than 30 years of experience, represents the family’s long-standing dedication to the Central Coast trucking community.

Growing up, Ethan spent countless weekends and school breaks riding in the truck—experiences that shaped his work ethic and passion for the industry. Today, those early lessons continue to guide Brown-Silva Trucking’s hands-on approach to every job.

As a fifth-generation Central Coast family, the Brown-Silvas are committed to building strong relationships within the agricultural and construction communities they serve. With a focus on professionalism, dependability, and personalized service, Brown-Silva Trucking is proud to support the industries that keep the Central Coast moving.

As part of their commitment to preserving local history and supporting community traditions, the Brown-Silva family donates their truck each year to haul antique machinery from the Pioneer Museum to Margarita Ranch for the Best of the West Antique Equipment Show. The family also proudly enters their tractors in the show.
